There are many ways: 1. do a web search for the company's name 2. set up an acct with a company that will notify you whenever one of the key words you provide comes up in the news. Some on-line brokerages provide this service... some are free, some aren't 3. click on "news" from your online brokerage or SI. 4. do it the "old fashion" way; read the newspapers. 5. do a general industry search. LOL
