I do believe it is GJT who sucking sour grapes on this one. He expected most of us to subscribe to his newsletter. Now instead of providing us with helpful tidbits he tries to threaten and belittle the thread.
I believe he should take a page out of Sudhir's book. You get more flies with honey than vinegar.

I do believe he is making you money with his insight however his conduct here is reprehensible
