HI Joe, I am on the fence here also. Just looking, lurking. I tend to wait quite a while before jumping in. I waited forever on NRPI but did get in a few weeks ago. With all these pennies, I take a small position, then if the company follows through on their plans, I keep adding shares. There are many good plays but I've learned to take profits and move on to the more promised land. Still, the pennies are under 10% of overall investments . It has been fun and so far profitable.
