After reading "between the lines" of the president's letter, and as a share holder in another potential drilling operation, have you ever thought about the liability we have as owners of a private company? It they incur expenses and are unable to pay, the debtors could possibly come after the shareholders. I had that happen about 12 years ago with a building, in downtown Ft. Worth, that was sold to an investment group. The investment group went belly up, and the insurance company who originally owned the mortgage came after the former shareholders, after they took a bath in a "public auction" of the building. It was the Sinclair Office Building at the corner of Fifth and Main.

Just a thought worth considering over the weekend. Please think about it, and let me know what you think after some DD.
