Brunello: Yes, I was aware of this article. It confirms other research I have done concerning Arkenol's activities both in Northern and Southern California. I feel that Arkenol and PEC began collaboration many months ago since their leading edge proprietary technologies complement each other. Would not be surprised if the Department of Energy hasn't been the catalyst here as they are the driving force behind perfecting an alternative fuel. I do not plan to attend the fuels conference in L.A. next week. I've already visited with Dr. Paul and driven the car powered by the PEC fuel. But I'll be anxiously awaiting your reports, particularly as they relate to financing, plant construction, and rollout timetable. I do plan to attend the KNIC annual meeting in June. Mike
