Glen,

I merely tried to point out that numerous companies have tried all these cert calls, change of name, change of cusip number, change of domicile, etc., all in an attempt to kill the shorts (if in fact there are any in this stock - I do not know enough to answer THAT question). I certainly was not trying to poke you or the thread in the eye - but the cert calls just won't do it.

The best the company can do is issue a dividend of some sort to holders of record as of a certain date - that will cause the shorts (again, if any) to also be short the dividend shares. That's good punishment and possibly a reason for the shorts (if any) to begin covering. A forward split also causes the shorts to be short a much greater number of shares, and with the addition of the dividend they will get creamed. I know the split will make the stock price seem lower but many on SI and elsewhere would love to buy a lower priced stock that will run up because of the much larger short that has been created.

I know of no other way to kill shorts. I have watched it tried so many times with so many different stocks - it just never worked before - I hope it does now for the sake of the stock price but I would rather see a more constructive method employed here.

Look into all the cert calls, of other companies, yourself and you will see that I am fairly correct in this observation.

Let's continue this on a more professional level for the benefit of all on this thread.

My apologies also if that stick in eye hurt too much.

Have a nice weekend.
