I HAVE TROUBLING NEWS ATHM LONGS....PLEASE READ!!!!!!!!!!! Let me start by saying I hold 485 shares of ATHM at $87. Let's start with today's ruling and the stocks performance. I use SURETRADE and found a troubling discovery. The Judge made the announced decision at 12:00 noon. Yet the news were not immediately available until 3:00pm. Furthermore, Merrill Lynch sold 309,500 share block at 12:26pm. Still, no news...... Then, CNBC reports the news at 3:00pm. Shortly after, GOLMAN SACHS sold 400,000 share block at 3:23pm. Question is ......did anybody hear the news before CNBC reported it? I could have sold my position at 107'ish around 12:30pm. Please advice as to how to avoid this in the future. Hector
