jmac, based on 9 days Bollinger Band, upper bb is 150.10 lower bb 137.70 based on 21 days Bollinger Band, upper bb is 156.87 lower bb 136.76 Bollinger Band is invented by Bollinger, using moving average with 2 deviation (you can adj deviation to fit each individual stock - 1.5 to 2 is most common - idea is the price movement is included in the band so you can find support/resistance) INTC's 13 dma is 143.76, 34 dma is 148.75 and 50 dma is 150.50 so you see stock is in a downtrend.
