I did not mean to imply that SMU makes systems, just that OEA does not and that might be a reason for the company's decline. I think the difference between SMU and OEA is that OEA is a commodity producer while SMU is a technology leader.

As for Rover, N.O. noted this in a Yahoo post. Based on his Yahoo nickname, N.O. apparently is in Las Vegas, undoubtedly examining local speculations that are less risky than SMU (<G>).
