Dave and GBuckley,

As for TA, news and internal developments will always be more important because they both contribute to fundamental strength which in my opinion will always carry more inertia than TA. But, as TA goes, there are some interesting things happening. The BOP indicator is gradually becoming more positive; the stochastics have been meandering around up and down and are now positive(bullish). My guess is that we are getting ready for a strong breakout to the upside. The Time Segment Volume indicator is also very positive(bullish).
