uble is they are difficult to separate. The good news is that the pure form can get its own patent, and FDA apporval is likley to be fast if the mixture has already been appoved.

They have an anaesthetic on the market that's doing well, and there much opportunity to expend its use. I sold after they merged with Darwin. dawin is an American company exploring drug-discovery-on-chip. That sounds very exciting, but further off. I discovered Sepracor at this time, which is still doing chiral-science, and seems to have a very full pipeline. I switched from Chiro to Sepracor. Hope this is of use.
