Samsung will build new fab for the 256MB DRAM. I think there will be another round of blood letting in the DRAM. I think NEC will respond with a 300mm fab in Japan and in Sacramento. Just watch. Watch equipment companies if there are any signs of strength then there will be a bloody battle in which one winner will emerge MU, NEC or Samsung, I am betting it will be Samsung.
