Litho was considered a 300mm bottleneck for a while. Do you know if that's still true?

(Aside for observers: Unlike most front-end process tools, litho takes multiple steps per wafer, so bigger wafers require faster stepping to get the same throughput. Faster stepping + tighter optical specifications = significant design challenges for litho vendors compared to other process tools.)
