Mr. Donald McInnes reports
Blackstone Resources, at the request of the Alberta Stock Exchange, wishes
to declare that no person or firm is providing investor relations
activities for Blackstone. Common Ground Resource Marketing ceased to
provide investor relations activities to the company in 1997. Kholbert
Capital Management Corp. ceased to provide investor relations activities as
of March, 1999. Accordingly, there is no investor relations activities
being provided to Blackstone besides those carried out by the officers,
directors and management of the company during the normal course of
business.
