Good question! Sophie and Marty have taken Harmon to task and we eagerly await his response(s). As a "Talking Head" his credibility is at stake here, and he risks looking foolish if his ducks aren't in a row, or worse, flat out wrong.
In his defense, Harmon is, after all, quite a busy fellow... IMHO, he must have done just a cursory scan of Wave's history, without drilling down and gaining an understanding of the Embassy technology and Wave's unique market position. No doubt as deployment ramps up and other talking heads take truly "informed" positions on WAVX, he will be under serious pressure to re-examine his statements.
