I don't really know what arrangements have been made, but I imagine its the same as when a stock splits. For a brief period of time, you may get options with some strange looking strikes, especially with 3 for 2 splits. In this case, they'll just keep the whole QNTM options, and get its value by adding the two stubs. When they expire, that'll be it for QNTM options. That is just a guess, however.

Try calling your broker, QNTM or sending email to the exchange that trades QNTM options (I forget which ones do that now).
