looking at INTC's chart, it is easy to see that the trend is now downward...that is, as a trading stategy, shorting on rallies should prove to be profitable...Note that the 120's is a definite possibilty still...even though the fundamentals are great, the departure of the money that brought INTC to 165 will also bring INTC back to the low 100's.
