Well, I've got the research report in front of me right now. I must apologise because I'm not sure if it's from Morgan Stanley. It may be Merryl Lynch. It doesn't say on the photocopies I recieved. Basically, the the last paragraph says this. The bottom line is that drillers are facing three to five or more years of sharply rising revenues and exploding profits. In all cases a doubling in rig rates will mean at least fourfold increase in profits---and in some cases a five or sevenfold increase. They like ESV to be at least 80 over the next two years. PKD target of 20 and FLC targetted at 50. The article also talks about SLB, HAL, Enron. Very Bullish. Stay long, I finally get to go back to North America tommorrow. It's about time. It's very hot here in Venezuela so it will be nice to escape the heat and humidity. Dropping the wife off in Iowa at the inlaws and then heading to my homeland of Canada to do lots and lots of fishing. Walleye, Lake Trout, and Salmon watch out. shust
