Katherine, The last that I saw on 300mm steppers was that they were still for early stage technology evaluation; that higher power lasers would be used in production versions with a view to improving throughput. I haven't followed this very closely. I suspect that you're probably more up to date than I. Ian. Litho was considered a 300mm bottleneck for a while. Do you know if that's still true?
