Frank, since in my opinion this was inevitable, since the ruling is similar to that which has happened in Canada. Anyway, Shaw or Rogers stated that this is great,since it increases the revenue streams for access to the cable plants. Now, the point is that T is the clear winner in all of this if they proceed on schedule with the rebuilds. I believe they will,and the infrastructure builders,GIC,SFA,NT,ANTC,HLIT will continue to flourish from all areas of cable rebuilds.
Why would T stop the rebuilds? This is one ruling,and either way they win,though ATHM probably loses if this sets a precedent.
