Kenneth E...ATT was ordered to open it's cable franchise to other ISP's .AOL was up a bunch today because they now have access to T's cable.ATT will appeal. Perhaps there was negative pressure on COMS because of a rumored announcement next week regards a COMS contract with T.....all speculation.
