GOOD NEWS

Just Read that the DOE canceled the Contract to remediate
400 million gallons of radioactive sludge that they had awarded to Westinghouse last year,DUMB MOVE, because they could not handle the Benzine gas from the liquid solvent that had been used.Westinghouse got this contract and blew it big time.
The article said that the DOE was going to award the contract very soon to a number of other companies that they had worked with earlier and had proven technology.
I know thw CXI SET process works well with this type of
material but I wonder if anyone knows what the CXOT process SlIm
can do for this type of material,is it also good for radioactive material.
I would think that CXI is one of those companies that the DOEwill
pick this time. The local news article stated that the DOE says the contract value is over 2.5 billion dollars for remediation of
400 million gallons of waste.
