Bob, the above ok for a beer bet, but the important bet is old post.

next steps could be activated. A consolidation using the number 20 is
not a low number like 10, or a very low but still substantial number
like 2.
But it is not the number like 100 which in effect wipes out all current
share
holdings, in effect resulting in all investments to be lost.

My guessing is that Dave Webb had to decide to either...

I like this approach because...

If all above comes to be, then curent shareholders will see their
initial
investment returned in a couple years.

Sad, yes, but not as bad as a total lost.
