The issuance of stock warrants by ANCR, I promise you, has not been isolated to this one OEM. It takes many months to strike a deal with an OEM. I can guarantee that this tactic has been in place with ANCR for some time now. Probably not wasted on the small fish, but offered to the big players. I'll wager there are more big announcements down the pike. Bravo ANCR. It is probably too late for BRCD to figure out what has happened and copy this creative finance. Announcements are often held until both players have made their maneuvers, and there is mutual benefit. This is not the only BIG company ANCR has signed this way. I promise.
