How do you reconcile that opinion with the fact the ASND CEO believes in misleading his own stockholders with that crap last November: "Ascend will be the first to deliver 56K to the desk-top", when clearly ASND had no control over when the chips would be out? Further, ROK backed up Ascend's statement with some more crap about shipping Ascend some "special" hubs with some "advance" 56K chips inside?
I appreciate the fact that in private e-mail to you, at least one person at Ascend is not totally snowed by the BS the Ascend PR dept puts out. However, when a company puts out press releases to the investing public, they should stick to the facts. If a company has ever opened themselves up to a shareholder lawsuit, Ascend has, IMO.
