Gino. I don't believe in a takeover. It does not make sense because of BCE anti-dilution clause. Unless they whish to sell out, which according to BCE plans is not the case. The ONLY possibility is that BCE agrees to let AMERITECH take a position in CGI, say 5-10%. Together they would control CGI. In exchange, CGI would get a huge outsourcing contract from Ameritech as well as a recognition IN the US market since it's partly owned by Ameritech. It will be much easier for CGI to get a foot in the door of major US accounts. After that, just watch the NYSE volume (and the value)increase 10X to 20X. I sincerely hope it's the case. This would make more sense!
