Well said Max. That is the only way I know of that an appeal would likely be heard and taken seriously. It has to go to the top. I am not sure if that is the type of case that the supreme court would want to hear. I don't know as much about the justice system at that level. If they go through and appeal as stated, they will first appeal at the same level and that could take some time.

Funny also that a CBS report came out after my last post also discussing how this decision should set precedent for such issues in the future. If true, that can be nothing but good news to AOL.
