I believe that they would have to refile if not sold within 90 days. Since some of these filings were quite large it does take some time to sell that many shares. You can't dump them all at once without adversely affecting the stock. I believe that there are restrictions on how these particular shares are handled. During the last year there have been some rather large blocks that have been sold in the early mornings.
