I am really wondering about this offer since I have not received anything about it at all. I use E*trade and they were slow in getting a tender offer to me on my shares of VLSI, but I am confused as to why I would not have received anything at all on this. Does this mean that the offer is only going to specific brokers? I also have to admit that with the nearly non-existent sales for APM this past quarter I just cannot imagine any reason they wouldn't just purchase the shares on the open market. Lawrence, if you are still reading this thread do you have any ideas as to what this is about? I'm wondering if this is an opportunity to pick up a few thousand shares and sell fairly soon for a 1/2 point or so gain, but I can't see any reason to believe that APM has any sales of any consequence at this point.
