Mr. Wilmot said that the company is moving forward with other products like their water purifying systems and portable plasm units rather than concentrating all of their efforts on Swan Lake.

To be honest, I would rather they forget about Swan Lake. Possibly on the books they might appear to be worth more, but just doing some preliminary investigating in this area, they would spend a ton of money and YEARS trying to clean up the area. And most likely never succeed. What I mean about succeed is that it is unlikely that they would be able to meet Federal and/or state standards, which ever is higher. And for a young, growing company why would they want to inflict themselves with such a burden? IMO, they would be better off marketing themselves to others who need their services rather than having their valuable time taken up cleaning up their own interests. The time and money spent cleaning up the property would be a drain on the company's revenues for years.
