Tom - check out cbs.marketwatch.com The risk to UMG at this point is a cloud over T's desire to consumate the merger (which i am sure T wants to). And the regulatory and legal mess this throws everything into. In reality, the cable companies, and T, will profit greatly whatever the legal outcome is. ATHM is the company perceived to be at the most risk, whick, in my opinion, creates the greatest investment opportunity in ATHM. larry
