Re: NY Times article Nothing about their emails are shocking--normal business practices and strategies--but unfortunately, that kind of "private" company strategy has never been by email before and used in a trial, so easily tracked and exposed, plus there's the novelty of skewering someone because of email messages. That's terrible for MSFT. Wonder why Gates didn't set a more careful policy on these particular "email" communications. Jill
