After reading the stories on the MSFT e-mails, I guess they lost some of their gains from earlier in the week. I just can't believe the people at Microsoft don't know how to use a telephone. They should hire someone from the telephone company to give a crash course. They remind of TV shows like, "America's dumbiest criminals". I don't think they have done anything wrong but a lot of them are dumb. I can't believe some of these people are very high up in MSFT's management. As soon as the trial started, all emails related to the trial should have been stopped at that point. You cannot plan your court strategy for the world to see. I guess now they have to go back to--integration of browser into Windows is good for consumers and use the Windows95 ruling from the court of appeals.
