Greg,

I am not good at the guessing game. I just feel that this is a country dominated by capitalism, not socialism. T is not dominating the broadband game. Besides cable, you can choose DSL, satellite etc and T paid big for getting into the cable service. It's ridiculous for anyone to ask T to open up the cable service to anyone. This stupid ruling has to be reversed.

The recent business week has an interesting article on the AOL business in Europe. Not sound great to AOL lovers. I will repeat this: one more split, AOL is dead money. Look at DELL. AOL is not MSFT, and will never become another MSFT. Leap puts should be bought after the next AOL split, if there is any.

ATHM will recover. But the technical damage is done. And certainly it does not help that using traditional valuation model, issue can be cut to 40s yet still overvalued. But that can be said for every net issue.
