larry, What is your opinion on the high switching costs (personal trouble) of AOL switching from AOL. My friend is a perfect example, 1- he has his email address- he doesn't want to switch it at all. 2- he has all of his little address books set up- doesn't want to mess with another ISP 3- doesn't want the hassle of announcing a new email address. Sounds silly, but this IMO is turning out to be the real hook with AOL. Sort of like moving, most don't do it very often and is usually a pain in the a@@! I ask this question as it relates to ATHM and all these new customers they will sign up. I use MSN now and love it. I want the pipe, could care less about their content! MileHigh
