James there are a couple more relevant thoughts that go deep into MPV's background. that you may or may not be aware of.

1) the property deal I believe was put together by John Dupuis way back when. That's how he and Inukshuk were the operating contractor for so long and how...

2) Glenmore highlands (GMH,A) backed in to a 40% direct interest in the property, which was later sold back to MPV for shares of MPV. At the time that was more than 17 million shares, which has since been diluted to something over 16 million by selling into the market, legally and by agreement, and which still represents the largest block of MPV any where.

3) GMH in turn is now controlled by a British Institution, called Botin International, which has a very low profile, and apparently lots of money.

4) the net result of all this is that MPV management does not have a firm handle on it's destiny, and I wouldn't be at all surprised if a DB takeover or consolidation has been at the back of somebody's mind for a long time.

It's an interesting conundrum! Particularly since BMH still represents about half a MPV share on a pershare basis and is trading at less than half the price. I'm not trying to hype it but I do won shares in both MPV and GMH, and have done so for many years.

Regards, and happy memories of Niagara Falls.
