What a soap opera. Actually it's too dull to survive as a soap opera. Every time Judge Jackson shifts in his chair (probably flatulence), there is speculation about his reaction to a piece of testimony. Witnesses are impeached, rehabilitated, re-impeached, re-rehabilitated, etc., ad infinitum. Trivial little chat-mails are scoured for nefarious meanings (remember when it was the rage to play Beattle records backwards looking for hidden messages?). What a mindless/archane process.

As Microsoft stockholders, let's petition Judge Jackson to find Mr. Softee guilty, impose the (mousenuts) $1M/day fine Janet Reno had threatened ages ago, and break the Evil Empire into 3 or 4 companies legally barred from cooperating with each other. Then we can go back to getting wealthy.

I think I'm going to play ostrich until the trial's over.
