ETURD is biting off more than it can chew with this poor choice of acquisition - the price they paid for this company is 3 - 4 times the value of the acquisition AND they are buying a property that has performed poorly; there are and were other avenues ETURD could've gone that would've been much more astute for their present shareholder valuation; these type of decisions along with the poor performance of ETURD itself has resulted in a HUGE DROP in the valuation of its ERGP shares and deservedly so it should collapse further. They didn't SELL THE GUNS - they SHOT THEMSELVES MORTALLY - NEED TRANSFUSION...
