the aznt defamation & libel suit should be filed this month. there has been a restructuring of the case & there are new parties piggy-backing. i am also a plaintiff in the case. i believe the filing is over 2000 pages currently.
as for the 'damages' case from wellrich, the continued naked shorting of aznt & the cybersmear campaign of aznt, it will all be addressed, but in court, not here on s.i...
as for the federal case, las vegas is the third busiest court system in the country, patience is required. when the judge rules, he rules. shareholders, even with the intensified shorting campaign, cybersmear campaign and lawsuit, are still long & strong !
many of us followed zapara here from the rmil debacle. we have provided information to aznt's legal counsel, some of us even gave testimony at the hearings. while some spin yarn for sec advocates, target shareholders and contribute to cybersmear campaigns, some of us have been pro-active by assisting the lawyers & legal teams working to permeate this underbelly of the otc bb inhabited by promoters, shorters, telemarketers, internet bashers, hedge funds, etc.. the maliciousness against otc co.'s, their principals & shareholders has gone too far, it is a matter now 100% for the courts.
