Buenos Dias Tex,

What else is on the horizon? I recently received clarification on a phase IV trial that ATRX is currently conducting. Here is the response that was emailed to me from Vicki Miller.

"The trial testing Atridox as an adjunct is being done at three centers. Two in Europe: Jan Lindhe/Jan Wennstrom in Gotenburg Sweden 2. Hubert Newman in London and 3. Bill Killoy at UMKC in the USA. The trial involves a comparison of definitive SRP (local anesthesia without time limits) and a simplified debridement (ultrasonics for minimal time period without anesthetic) + Atridox. Clinical endpoints are change in attachment level, reduction in probing depth, and reduction in bleeding on probing. Design tests whether abbreviate debridement plus Atridox will result in same clinical outcomes as definitive SRP. The last patient visit was in April of this year. We are in the process of entering the data at the contract CRO (IBAH). Once this is done we will begin the analysis. Results should be available by July or August."

It is my opinion (not Ms. Miller's) that if the abbreviate debridement plus Atridox results in the same clinical outcomes as definitive SRP, then you will see GP's keeping more of their business "in-house".
