CHOPPY MARKET AHEAD - WEAK RALLY.....

It is clear that nothing has been resolved on interest rate issue. True, stocks rallied but, it was because of oversold position.

The true test will be if stocks follow-through. I don't think it can because of uncertainty created by interest rate issue. This has to be put to rest before any strong rally takes place.

Remember it is a big disappointment for Gnet to be at $99.

It was more than just a correction, more light a loss of confidence.

The nail in the coffin occurred when Paul Allen wants to pay only $90 per share and management is eager to sell. This is not very conforting for someone paying over $90.

Usually management fights very hard saying company is worth much more and to increase price just like Lcos did.

The fact that stock price seems to rest on illusion that Paul Allen has a stake is not sufficent enough to get people to buy. At a price of less than $100 we should have strong volume in the millions because of good stock. Instead we can barely muster 300000 shares.

To those who say I bought it at $20 or $18 etc...I would just say that you have waited way too long to sell. You will loose even more money as Gnet will definitely finish below $90 this week.

Paul Allen has put a price on Gnet as of June 17. It is $90. This price was agreed upon by their institutional firms that performed a study.

With regret,

Just my views.
