Kerry and Bill...thanks for updating us...I haven't received my annual report yet and if you did you are ahead of me....I don't know what else we are talking about that hasn't been discussed yet so you'll need to say it for the discussion....If it's the "appeal" ...I don't know much about it and maybe this is what the NSC problem has been...but I'm still under the impression they are resolving it... Regarding PRTV...I came out and asked her if the problem for the delay was immd or PRTV and I've been told that the infomercial people, PRTV, met with them a few weeks ago, and it was clear that they are not on schedule, even though their manufacturer had led them to believe otherwise. PRTV is very enthusiastic about the project, but it is one of many projects they are working on, and just not the same level of priority for them as it is for Immd.... ImmuDyne is definitely not the hangup according to Peggy, and PRTV really seemed very positive about the whole thing. The other infomercial that is already showing is doing very well, and they are trying to get some numbers from them that they can release. That is the H+ line of products from Ashley of Beverly Hills.... I know I sound repetitive but again...the bottom line is going to be the last John Hancock on the finalization of the lawsuit...and hopefully it will be soon....We can keep picking all this apart but it won't change anything...so please don't think I don't want to or trying to advoid any discussions cuz at this point I'm putting it all aside and might just lurk around while I wait.....and will be going with what my gut is feeling....which is somewhat a little disappointed short term cuz of the delays but still positive for long term 1997.....If I hear any news I'll let you know...
