So,
I shall be calling the company Monday - do you know if they are going to hire an outside PR firm; what are their contracts nationally - I read the website and it needs some improvement and updating - although the international links are listed, they are not too informative and provide no idea as to the revenues produced.
I shall also be inquiring about the financing by the investment bank - how it is going and what amount of funds they are requesting and what type of collateral is being exposed. The downside I see on the description of Dunovant is that he provided in his bio the Forbes praise, but neglected to indicate the retraction; it would have been more credible to just eliminate the reference totally and he opened the firm to scrutiny and bashing, rightly or wrongly.
I have not checked into the background of the other individuals elected like Bream etc, but shall be and will get back with you.
My concern with this company is that I am involved with another firm that may have association with NCDR and any negativity associated with same persons may have a detrimental affect on that valuation; to sever ties or not to sever ties...I did see that on June 1, the company Corsaire did reject the stock split - it was reported at briefings.com FWIW.
Has anyone called the company with respect to any of the PRs released during the month of May to get any updates?
