From what I have been reading on several threads, the waters are muddied, of course, but T is not hurt necessarily. The decision pertained to Portland only, T could decide to pull out of Portland, leaving that city with nothing for 3-4 years while another cable co. came in and had to upgrade. Also FCC/state implications (Constitution). Seattle decided otherwise, gave exclusivity to TCI, and charged big bucks. We need to take a wait and see position.
