So far, all of my tests are inconclusive. I can't even get an identical net to train the in same way twice. I've trained the same settings 12 times and got different results each time. Not little differences, HUGE differences. The verify period for one net will look reasonable and the next time I train the very same settings the verify period looks horrible. I suppose this has something to do with the net selecting a random starting point. I am also nearly convinced that the Forget button still doesn't make the program entirely forget the training of the previous net. The only thing that I have found out so far is that it seems that allowing Neuro to add more neurons to a net with a good verify period will eventually destroy those good results. All of this is getting quite confusing and I hate being confused. More later if I don't get frustrated and quit.
