Website should be up in the next 2-3 weeks with apparently two significant changes from the old one.

Jim Carr is working as a consultant helping the company look for mortgage broker acquisitions.

The company will be fully reporting by no later than the end of August.

Apparently there are four events to be announced before the annual meeting that will likely coincide with financials being ready. The first was Boomers.com. There are three more to come, likely in the realm of JV's or exclusive licensing agreements. Some big names are apparently involved.

I don't know any specifics but feel good about the direction the company is taking.
