Funny line, Allen! ... Stocks, funds go up and down, so GVW will go up, for sure. But the issue for me is, how long will it take for the NAV to reach 16.01--where I own. Years I think. Better off in money market fund. I wouldn't "average down" if I were you, optimist or not.
