Monte: read your court docket info. you posted on the bull. I see where Black Sea failed to produce proper record and documants pormissed or ordered by the court on time as agreed. Looks like Black see got a short extension until 6/14. My quess is that Black sea better put up or shut up, and based on one or the other, we shoudl be seeing a end to the court having its time wasted. Its ironic how a delayed was played last week in the newyork case... and now this week in the LA case. things must be getting titer. ironic how the market has changed thisweek? whats you make.?
