Gerald, I read through the S1, these are the reasons I don't like it.
It's a not a pure net play, so what, they have a website.
The street generally doesn't like environmental stocks, because to be environmentally friendly, you usually have to pay more for it.
GMTN generally states in their S1, they are in the business of providing "green products" and not in the business to be price competitive.
The shares offered is a huge amount.
If they were to save people money and the environment at the same time, then they would have something, IMO.
No, they have no profit.
