James, let me be "the devils advocate" for one moment, if DeBeers already has a lock on 60% of the property as long as they live up to their end of the JV (funding) then why would they be concerned at this point in time re. 100% ownership? Don't they already control it? Don't they already call the shots? I don't disbelieve your sincerity or intended goodwill input but I can't see a valid reason for DeBeers wanting to buy out what they already have a firm lock on. Am I missing something here?
